HPI Fleet - a success story

The origin being Höchst AG, HPI GmbH (Höchst Procurement International) was founded in 1998 in Sulzbach/Taunus near Frankfurt am Main in Germany, working in the business areas of sourcing, logistics and fleet management. Starting from here, HPI Fleet & Mobility GmbH became one of the biggest international service providers in fleet management and fleet supply chain management, independent of any bank or manufacturer.

As Number One of independent international fleet managers, we manage around 60.000 vehicles and maintain business relations with all major manufacturers and leasing companies.

HPI Fleet is expanding rapidly: already in 2009 HPI Fleet & Mobility took over Aral Fleet Management and in June 2010 the Masterlease subsidiaries in Belgium and France followed. Additionally, the operational business of Masterlease Germany was outsourced to HPI Fleet at the end of 2010.

Since 2010, HPI Fleet & Mobility is present all over Europe with operational subsidiaries. In Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK we successfully offer individual solutions for our clients.

Further growth and expansion is planned for 2012 and beyond. Especially the geographical expansion in more countries of the EMEA region will be a priority in the near future.
